Is this you?/p style="text-align: left;">We’re looking forWe’re looking for a highly-talented Inside Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment,to be one of the pioneering members of our Japan teams based in Tokyo, Japan. An Inside Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in Japan.You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with business development, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales./p style="text-align: left;">Roles & Responsibilities• Accomplish targeted sales goals and execute company’s business development plan• Directly sell to leads that are qualified for a standard Payoneer account• Work with the Business Relationship Management team and Biz Dev team to qualify the potentialof leads from relevant marketing campaigns and Payoneer’s database• Enrich leads database by researching external website• Research and identify newer market segment to expand our product and services• Support Biz Dev team operational tasks and participate to tradeshows• Create and maintain call scripts• Report to the Country Manager Japan/p style="text-align: left;">Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?• 2-3 years of sales experience• BA/BS degree or equivalent• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Japanese and English• Strong listening and presentation skills• A team player and a highly self-motivated individual/p style="text-align: left;">Not a must but a great advantage• Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM system• Experience in the Payments, Banking industry or E-commerce Industry• Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade• Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media• Experience with data analytics & BI tools/p style="text-align: left;">Check us out!Ever wondered whether that perfect combination really exists?
