Neal has also served as anindependent expert witness in anti-trust proceedings.Neal speaks at industry events in the United States and around the world. He holds a B.A. in economics from the UCLA and an M.B.A. from the USC.Prior to joining BIA/Kelsey in the late 1990s, Neal worked for a decade at Pacific Telesis Group and spent nearly a year selling Yellow Pages advertising to SMBs throughout the Bay Area.
